Cancellation and Refund Policy
Les Petits Painters reserves the right to amend any class, session, tutor, or schedule at any time. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide a substitute class or tutor of equal standing.
If a class or term is cancelled because of insufficient enrollments, we will contact any student already enrolled and arrange for an alternative class/es, a credit, or refund. Enrollment is dependent on availability.
A minimum number of enrollments is required for each class.
Should a class fall on a public holiday, you will be advised of a replacement class date.
Only enrolled students may attend courses. Les Petits Painters reserves the right to refuse enrollment without explanation, and we will process a refund for the specific situation.
We will only give refunds of course fees if the class is cancelled or a place is not available in the class.
Les Petits Painters cannot accept responsibility for changes to students’ personal circumstances that prevent their attendance. Classes missed are not refundable. There are no transfers, credits, refunds, or make-up classes for a missed class due to a change in personal circumstances.
If you choose to withdraw your child from the term or course up to 7 days before classes commence, we will charge a $10 administration fee. You may transfer the remaining value (fee paid less administration fee) to another term/class or student, to be used within 12 months of the date we received payment. You will not receive a refund for the term or course fee paid.
If you choose to withdraw your child from the term or course within 7 days before classes commence, you will be charged 50% of the class fee. You may transfer the remaining value (half of the value of the class fee paid) to another class within 12 months of the date we received payment. There are no refunds for the class fee paid. We also DO NOT give refunds, transfers, or credits once the class commences.
You may transfer the student’s enrollment to someone else (a sibling or friend) at no cost, but please let us know at least 48 hours prior to classes commencing. If the student is enrolled in a term or course and, if for any reason, is unable to attend a class during the term, the place for the missed week CANNOT be given to someone else.
Enrollments and Payment of Fees
You may enroll online via the website, however, you may also enroll by e-mailing us directly or calling us on 0428 880 378.
Payment of Fees
Class fees are listed on the Les Petits Painters website. Payment in full will confirm your child’s enrollment and is required before commencing the term. You may pay online via bank deposit, PayPal, or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. A credit card fee may be charged. Tax receipts will be issued after receipt of payment.
Fees are not refundable, unless negotiated for an extended illness; and we do not permit transfers, refunds, or make-up sessions if your child misses a class or if your child’s personal circumstances change.
Materials for all classes are included in the fee. Students do not need to supply their own art materials. Occasionally, the student may need to supply additional items for a class. When this occurs, we will provide details during enrollment.
We will give all their artworks to the students at the end of the class, project, or term. Should we organise an exhibit, students enrolled within the last 12 months will be eligible to participate in the exhibit. They will be asked to bring their favourite works for selection and exhibition.
From time to time, we may take photos or videos of students and artworks. These photos are used for Les Petits Painters’ promotional purposes only, including online and print promotions. Les Petits Painters will never sell these photos and videos and these will be used exclusively by and for Les Petits Painters. Your consent to the foregoing is implied as a Condition of Enrollment. Please notify us in writing should you prefer that we not take and use photos or videos of your child or your child’s artwork.
Les Petits Painters uses a shared space, thus, we expect everyone to respect teachers, fellow artists, artwork, and property.
We do not tolerate discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age, race sex, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical or intellectual disability, or religion. We may remove, suspend, or expel from a class or term anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
Out of respect for other students and tutors, students are requested to be punctual for classes. Unless arrangements were previously made, a parent or guardian should take the child to class, and must pick up the child promptly at the end of each class. Child-minding facilities are not available. Les Petits Painters does not accept responsibility for children before or after classes.

If your child attending Les Petits Painters has an existing medical condition, allergy, or disability that may affect your or his/her participation in a class, notify us at the time of enrollment.

We do not retain the credit card information you may provide.

Should you prefer to not receive mailings, please notify us during enrollment. Alternatively, you may subsequently notify us by e-mail.
